The Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would like to advise all the visa applicants to apply online e-visa through the official website of Myanmar Immigration Authorities https://evisa.moip.gov.mm/ . If there would have inconvenience in online e-visa, applicant can apply a necessary visa at the Myanmar Embassy.

Diplomatic Visa (DGOC)

1.   Duly-filled Official Visa application form

2.   A Diplomatic Note Verbal or an appointment letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stating detailed description of the posting and entry to Myanmar

3.   Diplomatic Passport with minimum validity of Six months & two full empty pages

Tourist Visa

1.  Duly filled Entry Tourist Visa application form 
2.  Passport with minimum validity of Six months & two full empty pages
3.  A color copy of Applicant’s Iqama Card
4.  TWO recent photos of 1 ½ x 2 inches with white color background
5.  Package Tour Groups of EVT (Package tour) visa applicants are required a confirmation letter from their respective land operator in Myanmar stating the names and passport nos. of the tour members. The confirmation letter should be confirmed by the land operator in Myanmar directly to the Embassy of the Union of Myanmar by fax or email. Land operator must be a registered company under Myanmar Company Act.
6. Foreign Independent Travelers (F.I.T) needs a company recommendation that the applicant works ( sample recommendation is attached)
7. Copy of Flight Schedule/ Flight Itinerary for round trip
8. Hotel booking 
9. Complete address and contact information of the applicant

1.  Duly-filled Social Visit Visa application form. Describe completely and correctly the address in Myanmar where you will stay, the name of a sponsor in Myanmar, and the reason to visit in annex.

Education Visa Requirement

1. One (1) completed application form with two photos. (2 photos required)
2. One (1) completed “Work History form”.
3. Original Passport (Passport must be at least 6 months validity with available visa page.)
4. The recommendation for the respective university
5. The recommendation from the respective schools in the event of lecturing at the schools under the Ministry of Education.
6. The copy of valid inviting School/ University’s registration.

Education Visa Fee for Single : USD 50
Education Visa Fee for Multiple (1 Year) : USD 160

VISA INFORMATION
The stay for the Education Visa is 90 days, which is extendable.

The validity of the Education Visa (Single Entry) is 3 months from the date of issue, which cannot be renewed or refunded. Embassy will issue visa for completed application as soon as receive it.
Embassy will not take any responsible for too early and too late applications.

Crew Visa Requirement

1. One (1) completed application form with two photos. (2 photos required)
2. One (1) completed “Work History form”.
3. Original Passport
   (Passport must be at least 6 months validity with available visa page.)
4. For Crew members from air line:
   a. The Invitation Letter by a local air line/ recommendation for employment as current crew member.
   b. The Permission/ Recommendation by the Ministry concerned recognizing the airline.
5. For Crew on board a special flight:
   a. The Recommendation by the country concerned to certify that the special aircraft is used for the official by the hand of state.
   b. The Landing Permission by the Ministry concerned and application by sponsor company for the crew and personal undertaking in the event a special aircrafts owned by private individuals.

Crew Visa Fee for Single : USD 50
Crew Visa Fee for Multiple (2 Year) : USD 160

VISA INFORMATION

The stay for the Crew Visa is 90 days, which is entitled to extend as per requirement. The validity of the Crew Visa (Single Entry) is 3 months from the date of issue, which cannot be renewed or refunded. Embassy will issue visa for completed application as soon as receive it.Embassy will not take any responsible for too early and too late applications.
